Carly Wilden

From a young age, I was captivated by the power of sound. My first sound bath as a teenager left a profound impact on me, planting the seed of a dream to help others through sound healing. Life took its course, but five years ago, I finally began pursuing that dream.

Today, I’m a certified gong practitioner, trained under the guidance of gong masters Don Conreaux and Aidan McIntyre, and bowl master RJ Noble. Combining various sounds, I create intuitive sound journeys that invite deep relaxation and transformation.

I feel truly honored to share the gift of sound, helping others find peace, balance, and connection. My approach is rooted in a deep respect for this ancient healing practice and the unique journey it offers each individual.

Workshop

Sound journey and gong bath experience

You’re invited to join us for a deeply meditative and immersive sound journey, featuring a restorative gong bath experience.

This is a safe space for you to relax, release tension, and simply be—an opportunity for self-healing and renewal of mind, body, and spirit.

A sound bath is a therapeutic practice where you are enveloped in healing sounds and vibrations.

I use a diverse range of instruments, which together can profoundly and positively influence your mood, brain waves, nervous system, and overall body chemistry.

What to bring: Comfy clothing, a pillow or something nice and comfy to rest your head on. Please feel free to bring yoga mat or blanket to lay on top of if you would like some extra comfort. It’s important you are as comfortable as possible during, so please do feel free to bring whatever you need. Anyone who is unable to lay on the floor is welcome to bring a camping chair or similar.

Bring water, it is really important to drink plenty of water after your session.

Individual experiences can vary, and sound baths may not have the same effects for everyone. It’s always best to try it out for yourself and see how it resonates with you.
