Emma Browning

Emma has been working and studying in the wellbeing field for over 20 years. Beginning on a journey to find ways to improve her own wellbeing, Emma discovered a passion for meditation, positive psychology, and wellbeing recovery action planning. Born out of a desire to present wellbeing information in the most useful and simple way, Emma now uses her knowledge and experience to help others to learn simple wellbeing skills that can make a big difference.

Workshop 1

Somatic exploration meditation 

Exploring dual awareness of our inner somatic experience and our outer environmental experience. Including progressive muscle relaxation to work with the body to release tension. Utilising mindful techniques to help you better interconnect mind and body, help to release patterns of tension and disconnection and culture greater resilience, self compassion and wholeness. Any age. 1 hr

Workshop 2

Body mapping and full body gratitude

Enhancing embodiment, self awareness and self compassion. Creating a rich understanding of your body landscape, through gentle enquiry experiencing whole body gratitude, nurturing the positive somatic relationship with yourself, to enhance overall wellbeing. Using mindfulness meditation techniques and mindful drawing application this practise can help you build gratitude into your daily somatic experience of being.
