Yoga Nidra. A 60 minute workshop.
Yoga Nidra – or yogic sleep – is a technique of deep conscious relaxation where we enter the space between sleep and wakefulness. It is a valuable tool for relaxation and self-discovery, providing a sanctuary for the mind and body to heal and rejuvenate.
Bring something to lie down on like a yoga mat, plus a cushion, blanket, eye pillow, socks, teddy bear – anything that will allow you to feel comfortable and serene for an hour of peaceful hypnogogic meditation.
