I am happy to be facilitating circles again at Freezone 2024. My circles have developed over the years and although we shall drum, we might also hum…..or sing… or chant … It depends where the mood takes us.. We might chime….what we shall not do is whine… Everyone is welcome…any age…sex or creed…we meet in harmony .. Non verbal communication at its best ! 

Workshop 1

Drum Circle

Come and join me for a high vibe rhythmic circle of drums, rattles, shakers and chimes. We up the vibe – that is the aim – we might chant or even sing or you can just continue the rattling. Enjoy a circle which goes with the mood and maybe a little shared sound bath at the end.

Workshop 2

Drum Circle 

We shall have a little talking and then communicate non verbally… With drums, rattles and chimes we sing sweetly without words… (unless someone feels the voice needs to be heard…then we might all join in). This will be a workshop created by the participants for the participants with a little guidance by me.
