Kelly is a Senior Yoga teacher & Somatic Therapist. Her passion lies in body based sensing, and exploration of movement & sound so that we can connect more deeply to what we feel, release and heal blockages and free ourselves to live more authentically and in touch with who we really are.
Workshop 1
Whole Body MOT
A workshop to get you moving from the inside out. We will start with somatic inner sensing and moving the body through somatic movement sequences, enabling you to ignite your primal felt senses. After some floor based movement we will start to rise up to the heartbeat of the morning drum, with exploratory movement led by our own innate impulses, coming together as a group in circle, voice play and movement prayer.
Workshop 2
Gentle Nurturing Yoga with somatic movement
Followed by yoga nidra for deep rest.
