Workshop 1

Wild Herbal Medicine Foraging Workshop

Appropriate for all ages

Herbal medicine is of and for the people. Herbs contain within them an ancient knowing; a resonance of coming back home. They remind us that we are looked after and mother nature provides us with many means of thriving and surviving.  Just as the Earth provides us with everything we need for food and shelter, she provides us our herbs that give us the ability to heal ourselves from diseases and help us thrive in modern times. This workshop will focus on learning how to identify, prepare and use wild medicines for minor ailments and improving your health.

Workshop 2

Wild Herbal First Aid

Drop in/Walk about over the weekend. As above, helping with minor ailments, tick and insect  bites, colds and flus, fevers, cuts and grazes, though of course the First Aid Wellfairies are always available too.
