Rochelle Holistic Yoga
Rochelle’s teachings are founded in the Krishnamacharya lineage, Prana Flow Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, complemented by Meditation. And she offers practices to help you cultivate breath awareness & inner connection. These sessions/her teachings work with your natural breath pulsation to facilitate balance, find physical asana alignment through awareness, and tone your body’s energy system. Come as you are for a practice to support and challenge without generating stress.
