Rochelle’s teachings are founded in the female householder lineage of Prana Flow Vinyasa’s dance with the intelligence of our breath and synchronisation with nature’s cycles, interwoven with structured teachings of Krishnamacharya and Yin Yoga complemented by Meditation. And she offers practices to help you cultivate breath awareness & inner connection. These sessions work with your natural breath pulsation to facilitate balance, find physical asana alignment through awareness, and tone your body’s energy system. Come as you are for a practice to support and challenge without generating stress. 

Workshop 1

Joint synergy – prana flow

Description: Enjoy natural fluidity in your joints and yoga asana with a nourishing spinal breath that inspires movement through the whole body. Often participants find some typical yoga “postures” become accessible and ease-ful for them through this approach whereas before they may have felt stuck or unsure, therefore these sessions are accessible to all.

Open to all ages.

Workshop 2

Balancing fire and air elements – prana flow

Description: Whether new to yoga or experienced we will allow for the natural pulsation of breath and spine in seated and standing asana. Synchronising breath movement and awareness is your gateway to feeling aligned physically mentally and emotionally. Balancing fire. Planned with adults in mind but children accompanied by adults warmly welcomed.
