Shanti Moon
Shanti is a lover of life, a lover of nature and a lover of movement in all forms. She has always had a close relationship with facilitating healing and has been on her own deep healing journey through movement, dance, breath and journeys. With her grounding presence and passion for empowerment, you will leave her classes feeling embodied, centred and radiant.
Shanti teaches embodied yoga classes which incorporate yoga, mindfulness and connection. These sessions encourages you to expand your concept of what yoga is, to introduce a sense of freedom and exploration to your practice, and to connect with those who you share your practice with. She also teaches Restorative yoga to deepen your connection with your inner world, find a deep sense of peace and relaxation, and to reconnect back into your own calming essence.
Shanti can’t wait to see you at Freezone and welcome you to her sessions.
Workshop 1
Restorative Yoga
Everyone is welcome
Do you want to rediscover your true sense of calm, relaxation and inner peace? This workshop is focused on creating a space for your nervous system to reset, your body to relax and soften and your mind to calm.
Take the time out that you deserve, focus on your own wellbeing and leave this class feeling rested, reset and reconnected to your inner state of stillness.
Workshop 2
Embody your Feminine Flow
A workshop for women – Yoga and Connection
This is a space for women to gather, to connect, share and move our bodies. During this workshop, we will go on a journey of movement and exploration.
We will start with some embodied yoga, welcoming freedom and flow into our bodies, stepping out of the linear ways of movement. We will use this time to connect to our own intuitive guidance in the ways that our bodies can move, reconnecting back into that spark and fire within.
We will then go on a journey of self connection and discovery, ending in the reflection of writing a letter to yourself.
This is suitable for women of all ages and all bodies.
