Beautiful Paul Brown
From a young age, Paul Brown (aka The Shamanic Coach) has held a deep fascination in how we as human beings are put together. This led him to train as an osteopath, which he particularly enjoyed because he got to dress up and wear a white coat. Over time though he became more interested in the mind and how we create happiness and suffering for ourselves and those around us.
He retrained in NLP and life coaching to support people through transformational processes. For the last decade he has been on a deep dive into the human experience and to question to what extent happiness and inner peace are actually an inside job. And in particular to pursue his (exciting yet terrifying!) dream of public speaking and stand up comedy, learning along the way to dance with and befriend the fear that was holding him back. It is this journey into the human psyche that gave birth to this workshop. He firmly believes we each have a unique shining light that is our duty to share with the world, and loves supporting others to rekindle that within themselves.
Workshop 1
Speed Friending
If you love connecting with people (including yourself) why come along to this session and have some fun at the same time?! What a great way to land at the festival and get to know people you’ll be bumping into regularly over the next few days in the fields! It will be structured so you can open up to others and share parts of yourself. To see others and to be seen in a really beautiful way, and only as much as you feel comfortable. An invitation to go beyond what people do for work (or talking about the weather!) and thus witness the sacred essence of others in a safe space. You’ll likely even find out new things about people you thought you already knew! This type of workshop has always been my favourite thing to do at conscious festivals, which is why I’m offering it at Freezone!
