FAQs
Find ‘Your Big Freezone order has been received’ email, scroll down, download ‘Festival ticket’ and just show the QR code at the gate, no need to print! Easy peasy lemon squeezy
Raised BBQs are fine
All access adjustment needs must MUST be agreed PRIOR to the event.
We really want to make the event accessible to everyone! Please be aware however that “The
Big Freezone” is held in a bumpy field with uneven ground. In adverse weather the site may be
especially difficult to traverse.
We know regrettably that this may prevent some people attending and will be continually
seeking a solution for the future.
There will be a disabled camping area and toilet close to the festival hub, which is all contained
within a small site. This camping area has very limited space, and so priority will be given to
those who need physical access adjustments.
Please contact us to discuss access needs – camping, carers tickets, registered assistance
dogs, or anything else!
Sorry but only registered assistance dogs with the correct paperwork are allowed on site.
Programme will be available for download nearer the event. Also, there will be a large programme at the info tent so you can take a photo and store it on your phone…let’s save the trees!
Cash is much easier than card, if possible

More Info
“The Big Freezone” is a 4 day event organised as a fundraiser for the awesome charity Freezone Retreat (freezoneretreat.org). Having run retreats for the last 10 years on a truly not for profit basis, we have built up a repertoire of amazing facilitators all of whom have given their time and experience to achieve the aims of Freezone. We’ve decided to combine this wealth of knowledge, connection and love to put on an event that promises to enhance your spiritual connection and wellbeing.
We would truly like to thank with all our heart, each and every one of the facilitators, teachers and practitioners who are supporting us to make this event a unique experience.
From the 29 May – 1 June 2025, together let’s create a conscious community based on honesty, open-heartedness and compassion. There will be as little impact as possible to the environment, therefore we will not be printing programmes and energy use will be kept to a minimum. Don’t worry, info will be freely available on boards around the site! We come from an era when, back in the day, festivals were a lot simpler and freer. We’d kind of like to get a bit of that simplicity back, but without being out to lunch! Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited, but having fun isn’t 😊
As we are all volunteers (with actual day jobs!) we’ve put together a list in the hope it will provide you with all the info – but of course if you need to know anything that isn’t answered here then please get in touch.
All the information (hopefully) you need!
