Experience slow-flowing, mindful yoga helping you relax, restore, and find peace. These restorative sessions focus on calming the body and mind, with a deep emphasis on breathing, meditation, and guided relaxation techniques with sound bowls.
You’ll cultivate inner tranquility while gently releasing physical and emotional tension & feeling comfortable in your body & mind.

Workshop 2  

yoga nidra meditation with therapeutic sound.

In this deeply nurturing session, guiding you through a soothing yoga nidra journey,
a restful meditation that feels like floating between dreaming and waking.
You’re invited to lie back, get cozy, and let Dianas calming voice lead you through gentle body awareness and breath connection. As you relax, healing sounds, like crystal bowls, chimes, or soft tones, wash over you, helping your mind and body unwind even more.
The experience feels spacious, grounding, and heart-opening. By the end, you emerge feeling balanced, clear, and deeply at peacelike you’ve had a full night’s rest in just a short time.
