Deep Tissue/Swedish Massage

I am a Complementary Therapist with an ITEC National Diploma, recognised worldwide for its high standard of qualification.

With 15 years of practical experience and a passion for all natural sciences, I have specialised in the pain relieving ability within Massage Therapy.

All treatments should evoke deep relaxation while pinpointing healing for specific ailments such as trapped nerves, chronic tension, headaches etc.

My focus is to tailor each treatment to optimise the healing outcome, using massage techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Holistic, Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, Triggerpoint Therapy plus many more.

I am currently studying for my Foundation in Medical Herbalism to support my clients with more empowering aftercare advice so you can enrich your wellbeing within your daily life.

All treatments include introduction to your requirements and bespoke aftercare. The time you pay for is your treatment time so time either side is always needed for consultation and aftercare. I am always humbled to be part of an individual’s healing journey.

I currently work from a premises in Westbourne and have a Facebook group. My business name is called HealThyself: the ancient art of healing. I have Aspergers so this year I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone and am attending a few events to help the wider community.
