I have been facilitating drum and music circles in Dorset since 2011 – particularly the BCP area and love raising the vibration by everyone joining in harmony and rhythm. I have trained in Drumcircle Facilitation ‘Community building through Rhythm’ with Arthur Hull, Music Medicine with Christine Stephens, Music4Life and Lifemusic with Rod Paton over the last 14 years and love it as I came from the business world.

Drum and Music circle with Heike
Music is Medicine and we gather in a circle to drum, rattle, chant and sing for an hour. Uplifting and calming, rhythmic and hopefully harmonious we shall spend time and join in lifting the vibes.
