Karolina

Karolina is a Creative Movement Facilitator and a counsellor trainee. For the last 12 years she has been exploring movement as a tool for healing, discovery, empowerment, and embodied self-realization. She is most passionate about awakening to our true nature and living fully as a human being. As a founder of Embodied Freedom, Karolina creates transformative workshops and courses and guides people to realize their innate Wholeness.

Workshop 1

Sacred Womb Ceremony with Kasia Mazurek (for women, all ages) 

Sacred Womb Ceremony is for all women who feel the call to connect deeper to their womb space. 

Our intention behind this workshop is to hold a safe and transformative space, so that each woman can embody her most powerful centre and connect to its wisdom. 

Please note, that this workshop is for all women. Whether you have a physical uterus and ovaries or not, you still have this powerful energy centre in your body.

We ourselves feel this deep calling to live and share from the seat of our feminine nature, as we respond to the collective call of this time. We feel honoured to create this workshop from within our own wombs and we are looking forward to co–create with you all, who feel the same call.

Ancients honoured the womb as the seat of intuition and primordial power. They lived in accordance with the creative cycles of life, death and rebirth. We can learn from them and also from the Earth itself. 

We can reconnect to the sacredness of the womb, so that we can live more fully and more in tune with our true feminine nature.
