Josh is the founder of The Cacao Cove, a Brighton-based cacao brand dedicated to sharing the healing properties of ceremonial-grade cacao. After training in Peru & Colombia and working with indigenous producers, he now hosts ceremonies and workshops rooted in tradition, mindfulness, and heart-opening connection.
His approach blends cacao ritual, meditation, and community sharing to create safe and transformative spaces. Josh has held events across the UK, collaborated with wellness practitioners, and worked directly with farmers to ensure ethical sourcing and meaningful connection to the medicine.
His sessions are warm, grounding, and accessible—welcoming both newcomers and experienced practitioners into a space of openness, healing, and joy.

Sacred Cacao Journey
Step into your sacred heart-space and journey within through the ancient medicine of ceremonial cacao. In this immersive session, Joshua gently guides you through intention setting and deep meditation as you connect with the spirit of Mama Cacao. Together, you’ll travel into the inner realms—opening the heart, softening the mind, and awakening intuition.

Waking up the senses with cacao
Ease into the morning with a light-hearted, sensory-awakening ritual guided by Joshua and the joyful spirit of cacao. Together we’ll warm the body, soften the mind, and gently coax the senses awake through mindful sipping, simple movement, and a grounding morning meditation.
This workshop invites curiosity and play—tuning into the smells, tastes, sounds, and feelings that make each moment of the morning a little bit magical. With cacao as our companion, we’ll reconnect with presence, aliveness, and the subtle sparks of joy that often go unnoticed.
