I am an Integral Hatha Yoga teacher and Heart Mediation Facilitator with Heart of Living Yoga. I lead Chair Yoga and yoga for those with additional health needs. I also trained as a Child and Maternal Yoga teacher. I have had a personal practice for over 25 years and build in yoga practices into all elements of my life and work.

Deep Heart Rest is a profoundly nourishing guided rest practice, inviting you to lie down, soften, and be held in deep relaxation. This session offers a gentle yet powerful opportunity to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the natural spaciousness of the heart.
This is a practice of doing less and receiving more — a chance to pause, restore, and return to yourself at a deeper level. No previous experience is needed. Simply bring your body, your breath, and a willingness to rest.

Gentle Heart Yoga Practice
Gentle Heart Yoga is a nurturing and accessible practice that invites us to slow down, soften, and return to the natural intelligence of the heart. Rooted in the Heart of Living Yoga tradition, this session offers a gentle blend of mindful movement, breath awareness, stillness, and heart‑centred meditation.
This practice is an invitation to rest our attention in the heart centre — a place many traditions describe as our true home — and to experience the quiet joy of being fully present. No particular belief, experience, or level of flexibility is needed; simply a willingness to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion.
Come and enjoy a practice that is gentle yet profound, grounding yet uplifting — a chance to reconnect with the light within and to leave feeling nourished, steady, and quietly alive.
