My name is Rachel and I am a local violin teacher and tutor and I offer Biodanza classes in Bournemouth for both adults and children. Music and dance is my passion and Biodanza has been a big part of my life and my happiness for the last fifteen years. I love the creativity that life offers and I want to share this joy and beauty with others. For me, Biodanza offers  an enriching healing journey and a space to express who I am and I enjoy finding ways to bring this to others.

Workshop 1 & 2

Imaginative Movement and Games for Children

This is an invitation for children, accompanied by their parents, to come on a magical adventure with a creative story, movement, music and games. It is a very playful workshop. Suitable for ages 2 to 12.
