I’m Lena, yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and mentor. My teaching philosophy is simple: small steps, big change. I’m here to share the tools that help you become more authentically you.
My journey with yoga began as a deep curiosity about connection within myself and with the world around me. What started as exploration became a path integrating mind, body, and soul through yoga’s holistic philosophy.
In my classes, I create space for you to trust your inner strength while offering practical tools for the wobbles along the way. I’m here to hold your hand through uncertainty and cheer you on when modesty, shyness, self-doubt, or old conditioning try to hold you back, one breath at a time. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, my approach is accessible, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that you are the ultimate guide to your own healthier, happier, more fulfilled life.

All 8 Limbs in Action – Ashtanga lived 

The 8 limbs not just as you read about them but right here, right now. This workshop takes a playful, grounded approach to yoga philosophy, exploring how the yamas and niyamas show up in everyday life. We’ll move through a dynamic vinyasa flow before settling into pranayama and meditation. Small steps, big shifts.

Yoga Nidra Prepped

When was the last time you truly rested? This workshop guides you into Yoga Nidra, a state of conscious relaxation where deep healing happens. We’ll prepare with gentle movement and breathwork rooted in yoga therapy principles, then drop into a practice your nervous system has been asking for.
