Hi, I’m Jo and my soul purpose is to remind you of your own inner light, bringing you home to yourself again and again, breath by breath. I am dedicated to creating the safest, most nurturing and nourishing space completely devoted to you.
As a Heart of Living Yoga Teacher and Meditation Facilitator I connect Earth and Heart for a deeply embodied practice that brings grounding and safety as well as reverence for the sacred breath, body and land.
For over 20 years I have specialised in body awareness, optimising movement and bringing balance and stability from within. I have been teaching yoga since 2005 as well as being a trauma informed Holistic Practitioner offering Havening Techniques®, Body Work, Womb Wisdom, Healing Journeys and Ancestral Healing. I bring a natural lightness and sensitivity as well as a grounded, open hearted approach that is calming and nurturing to the mind and nervous system. This encourages curiosity, playfulness and tenderness as you find your own wisdom within.

Heart Rest
Soften into the body, come and rest on the Earth and let stress and tension melt away as you rest your beautiful Heart. By calming body, mind and nervous system we rejuvenate and restore from within.
Workshop 2
Embodied Heart Hatha Yoga Flow
Arrive into the present, connect deeply with your beautiful body, your sacred breath and bed into Mother Earth. When rooted and grounded we can deepen into a state of presence and attune our senses; allowing us to sense, feel and listen for ourselves and learn to trust our own growing connection, guidance and flow. As your Heart radiates you will be guided to follow your embodied Heart flow.
