Workshop 1
Soulful Vinyasa Yoga
An hour and 15 minutes of full embodiment. Tuning in to the breath and body through powerful and juicy movements that foster a deep connection to your true self. Aligning the soul with higher consciousness through meditation and breathwork practices.
Workshop 2
Yoga Nidra
This is a 30-40 minute practice where individuals reach ‘yoga’ – union of self with Self – through a deep and guided meditation. Nidra means sleep. And through this meditation, individuals are guided into a deeply restful state to encourage healing, manifesting, and true inner peace.
