Workshop 1

Sound Journey Description

Join us for a one-hour sound journey designed to relax, rejuvenate, and restore your body, mind, and soul. During this session, participants lie comfortably on yoga mats (feel free to bring pillows and blankets for extra comfort) and are immersed in a meditative soundscape. This experience features a variety of sound modalities, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, Himalayan bowls, and other instruments, creating a calming and transformative space for deep relaxation and healing.

This session is not recommended for:

  • Individuals in the first trimester of pregnancy.
  • Those with epilepsy, as sound vibrations may trigger seizures.
  • Individuals with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices, as certain frequencies could interfere with their function.
  • Those who are highly sensitive to or triggered by sound.

Workshop 2

Teen Sound Journey (Ages 11+)

This engaging 1.5-hour sound journey is designed especially for teenagers to relax, learn, and connect with the world of sound healing. The session begins with an introduction to each instrument, where I’ll explain how it works, the benefits of its unique sound frequencies, and how it interacts with the body. Participants will also have the opportunity to try out instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, Himalayan bowls, and others, giving them a hands-on understanding of sound and vibration.

The session concludes with a 30-minute immersive sound experience, where teens can lie back, relax on yoga mats, and enjoy the calming and transformative sounds. They are welcome to bring pillows and blankets for added comfort. This tailored session ensures learning and relaxation while keeping things dynamic to prevent restlessness.
