Joshua Last

Joshua discovered the sacred medicine of cacao in 2022. Whilst developing his own relationship with the plant he was called to share its wisdom with others. Since then, he has been dedicated to sharing this and making it known to all.

Combining his knowledge of science and nutrition as well as spiritual, energetic and creative practices he believes this plant can benefit everyone. Joshua has spent 2025 in Peru gaining more cacao wisdom before returning to share this with you all at Freezone.

Awakening the Prana of the heart through Pranayama Meditation & Sacred Cacao in collaboration with Sangeeta

Let’s circle up in the divine nectar of early morning to open the heart space and allow the love frequency healing through the alchemy of Sacred Cacao, Breath and Meditation.

As we find self love we can be truly free to give unconditional love to others. As we transform and heal ourselves, so we heal the world.

All are welcome, please bring a mat, blanket and cushion.

Workshop 3 & 4

Cacao Ceremony

Join us by the fire/in the shamanic tent for our sacred cacao ceremony. This is a heart opening journey created to help awaken your inner wisdom and allow you to be your most authentic self. As we drink Peruvian Criollo cacao infused with mindfully selected spices, we call in the spirit of cacao. We then connect with the cacao through song & meditation.
