Hi, I’m Lisa. I have over 35 years experience working in the field of alternative health. I set up Rainbow Shaman to share skills for healing and self-development through meditation, movement and dance, creative expression and sacred land and drum connection.

Love Freezone and all they do and looking forward to sharing again this year, this time with the teens and young adults.

A chance to deepen your connection with being in nature whilst having a go at playing the hand drums together for transformation and fun.
