
Lola
Lola is a registered nurse with 10 years of clinical experience in different roles and settings. Prior to Nursing, she studied BSc and MSc in Health Psychology and always wanted to help people live happier and healthier lives. Lola began foraging as a little girl in Southern Poland and has always loved being outdoors and connecting to nature and its beautiful blessings. Over the past 5 years, she began working with wild medicinal plants and advocating for using holistic approaches to healing and wellbeing.
Lola is loving, joyful, enthusiastic and passionate about nature and foraging and the healing power of plants.

Enjoy a mini plant walk, simple herbal demos, and earthy stories that reconnect us with nature’s wisdom. Learn how to swap around your medicine cupboard for Herbal Apothecary and find the healing you and your family need all around you.

Join us for a gentle wander through the wild edges of the festival grounds as we uncover the edible and medicinal treasures growing at our feet. Learn to safely identify nourishing plants, healing herbs, and surprising wild snacks. All guided by story, scent, touch, and the wisdom of the land.
