I have been doing ‘laughter yoga’ at camps and gatherings for 25+ years and I can promise you it IS the best way to start your day. I follow the teachings of Dr. Madan Kataria (see www.laughteryoga.org).
It’s a fairly short workshop (around half an hour) and you can drop in and out at will if you need to but it’s best to stay the course, it’s well worth it, everyone goes away with a big smile for the rest of the day… see you there.

Laughter yoga
We gather in the designated place, after a brief introduction we begin with breathing exercises then go into laughter for 20/30 minutes then finish, everyone goes their way with big grins and happiness. All ages are welcome
This is a non-judgemental space where you can share what comes up for you, so come with an open heart and mind.
