Sound healing made a profound and positive impact on Lianne’s healing journey, so much so that she wanted to help others with theirs.
It is something that she is passionate about, it lights her up, and feels that she is of service to others.

Crystal bowl Soundbath
Step into a space of deep listening and profound rest.
Through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, along with other instruments, you’ll be bathed in therapeutic vibrations designed to soothe the nervous system and to release tension that we so often hold in our bodies.
I invite you to give yourself permission to just be, close eyes, breathe deeply and let go 🤍

*Sound baths are generally safe, gentle, and deeply relaxing. However, they may not be suitable for everyone. Please read the following before attending.
Sound baths are not recommended if you:
- Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device (vibrations may interfere).
- Experience sound-induced epilepsy or seizures.
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
- Have a serious mental health condition (such as psychosis or untreated trauma) unless under professional guidance.
- Have recently undergone major surgery or have unstable medical conditions.
Additional notes:
- If you have any hearing sensitivities or tinnitus, and it is your first time attending a Soundbath, I would recommend you lie down towards the back of the room (away from the instruments). Also if you wear hearing aids – please remove them.
- Always listen to your body—if you feel uncomfortable at any point during the session, you are free to leave quietly.
