I am a workshop, group and communication facilitator with over 25 years experience celebrating the uniqueness of our individuality using many intuitive approaches. My her-story (training, if you must) encompasses somatic/embodiment, yoga, zen self enquiry, enlightenment intensive support training, meditation, psychotherapeutic and trauma sensitive tools, shamanic and witchy intuition and most importantly the energy and love of real relationship and real life. I have also published my first book called ‘Hellacious’ which explores the hidden parts and drives that we can fall into the trap of identifying with. It is a non linear piece that I have written and illustrated to challenge conventional conditioning about what is truly sacred. You will not find a teacher in me, you will only find a friend to mirror your own true self.

Workshop 1

Exploring Intimacy I

The energy and life force of relationship can be funneled into so many avenues – but what if all of these are distracting us from understanding what intimacy truly is to us? This workshop will be a held space to potentially explore: the monogamy/polyamory spectrum, projection and fantasy, objectification in pornography, partnership attachment styles, feminism and the manosphere. These are suggestions only. We will ground ourselves first and give space for enquiry and feelings to arise. The energy of whoever attends will create the workshop as always. To close our space down we will participate in a short check in around the inner intimate connection with ourselves. I will prompt and share from my experience and encourage real and deep communication. I will manage boundaries and the workshop will be trauma sensitive and respectful. I hope to create a space for more depth around real feelings and identifying actual needs in an interactive and connected way so I will be available after for any ‘de-briefing’ or further connection.

Workshop 2

Exploring Intimacy II

This workshop will expand on what arose in Exploring Intimacy I and whatever arises for participants.
