Rich Hale

Rich is a qualified and experienced Gong Master and musician. After rewarding careers in consulting and banking he spent 8 years singing and writing for chillout band Kinobe before having his own transformative experience with gongs.

He brings a strong musical sense to his playing as well as a reverence and connection to everything the gongs represent energetically and spiritually. It’s been said of Rich that when he plays gongs it’s as though he’s been playing his entire life.

Breathwork and gongs are sympathetically combined to promote your gentle Freezone awakening into summer. We’ll start our journey with a subtle soundtrack as we prepare our bodies and minds with deeply relaxing breathwork. Rich will curate a soundscape of vibrational sound as you drift seamlessly into an altered state of consciousness. Afterwards, we’ll share and hold space for quiet reflection.
