Sacred Offerings

With a background rooted in the arts, education, and healing, Helen brings over two decades of experience in creative and therapeutic practice. A graduate in Art, Helen has spent years teaching art and leading creative workshops, weaving storytelling and theatre into deeply engaging learning experiences for children and adults alike. Her work as a child counsellor integrates the arts to nurture emotional expression and healing, offering a compassionate and holistic approach to wellbeing.

Alongside her educational practice, Helen is a seasoned massage therapist and bodyworker with more than 20 years of experience in the healing arts. She offers intuitive, restorative treatments that honour the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Through Sacred Offering —a  creative platform— explore the meeting point between art, nature, and spirit, creating works that invite reflection, wonder, and renewal. Whether through touch, story, or paint, Helen’s work centres on one guiding belief: that creativity and healing are two branches of the same living tree.

Workshop 1

Playback theatre 

A deeply therapeutic and fun way to explore our life stories…learn the art of Playback theatre drawing on community and storytelling. Gain confidence and life skills in this playful experience.

Intuitive art experience 

What if we allowed ourselves free expression? A chance to let go of conditions and judgments…and be free to express ourselves.  Through meditation and drawing we open to our true essence to guide our pens on the paper and see where the journey takes us!
