It was 2009 in Haridwar, India, when I met my first teacher Swami Ramdev. Pranayama was a life changing start to my inner pilgrimage. Later infused with the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Sound medicine, my journey felt empowered with healing and magic.

These ancient future tools are designed to elevate your frequency, expand your consciousness and ultimately unlock the keys of the cosmos.

Let’s circle up in the divine nectar of early morning to open the heart space and allow the love frequency healing through the alchemy of Sacred Cacao, Breath and Meditation.

As we find self love we can be truly free to give unconditional love to others. As we transform and heal ourselves, so we heal the world.
